We have a variety of classes to suit every child and adult! Children’s classes are split into two programs: The Tumblebugs for preschool aged children and our Recreational classes for kids six and older. Tumblebugs and recreation classes focus on using all the traditional Olympic events: Floor and tumbling, bars, beam, rings and vault. These events are lesson planned into skills and equipment appropriate for each age and level abilities. In addition, each group enjoys using our super fun trampolines, tumble trak, air floors and foam filled pits! Class uniforms – leotards and T-shirts – are included with payment of membership. If you are dropping in, think leggings and t-shirts and bare feet. Please no zippers, buttons, snaps, socks, tights, tutus or skirts.

Littlebugs – walking – 36mos.
Description: Littlebugs – For ages 1 – 36mos.: This open format class is designed to provide an exploratory environment for children to play and work with their parents as they discover a wide variety of movement possibilities. Coaches are on hand to direct as needed and perform warm -up and closing activities. Children have the opportunity to join structured activities or openly entertain themselves in a safe environment. Parent/adult participation and supervision required and all Littlebug classes must be registered for in advance. See event registration for online sign up).

Mini Bees – ages 2 – 3.5
Description: This is a 45 minute blend of open and structured class for children who are ready for more of a challenge. At this level, children are taken on the equipment in groups with a dedicated coach, while the parent helps the child understand how to stay with the group and participate successfully. This is a class that teaches skills and how to behave in a class structure as well as gross-motor coordination and social skills through the use of balance beams, mini-trampolines, bars, rings, tunnels, pit, vault, and tumbling mats. Parent participation required
Attire: Leotards or t-shirts and leggings (Pink leotards, light blue t-shirts provided with membership), no skirts, socks, tights, zippers, snaps or buttons please. Long hair is to be tied up and out of eyes.

Busy Bees – ages 3 – 4

Description: This is a 45 minute structured class for children with their adult. At this level, children are taken on the equipment in smalls groups of 6:1 with a dedicated coach while the parent helps the child understand how to stay with the group and participate successfully. This is a structured class that builds gross-motor coordination and social skills through the use of balance beams, mini-trampolines, bars, rings, tunnels, pit, vault, and tumbling mats. Parent participation required
Attire: Leotards or t-shirt & shorts/leggings. (Pink leotards, light blue t-shirts provided with membership), no skirts, socks, tights, zippers, snaps or buttons please. Long hair is to be tied up and out of eyes.

Grasshoppers – ages 4 – 5 1/2
Description: This 45 minutes class is for children who are fully self directed and able to follow the coach’s instructions without parental guidance. We begin to focus more on specific beginning gymnastics moves and equipment while still incorporating plenty of obstacle courses, learning games and exciting skills.
Attire: Class leotards, light blue t-shirts (provided with membership). No skirts, tights, socks please. All long hair is to be tied up and out of eyes.

Crickets – ages 5 – 6 (kindergarteners)*
Description: This class is most similar to our beginning recreational gymnastics classes. In Crickets, boys and girls work on the traditional Olympic equipment – Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Rings, and P-Bars as well as upper body strength to help with handstands and cartwheels. These classes are 60 minutes long, which allow the kindergarten child to get used to the longer classes. Crickets are good listeners and are preparing to join classes with the Girls or Boys Recreational classes when they are ready. *
Attire: Pink leotards – blue t-shirts (provided with membership). No skirts, sock, tights, or shorts with buttons, snaps or zippers please. All long hair must be tied up out of eyes.

Baby Bees
Our Baby Bees Class is specifically for babies from birth. We play with different activities to stimulate the senses and help your baby develop. We work on sensory experiences (e.g visual, auditory and tactile) with physical contact and activities between you and your baby to promote physical co-ordination, emotional and social development. Activities vary weekly but include a blend of massage, cuddle time, rocking, tummy time, music, song and visual/tactile stimulation. Join us for this free community class.
